Mr. Emmanuel Blankson is a Banker with over twenty (20) years’ work experience. His work experience cuts across Accounting Practice, Insurance and Banking.

Prior to pursuing a career in Banking, Emmanuel worked with SCG Associates & Chartered Accountants as a senior Associate and Metropolitan (now Hollard) Insurance as Internal Auditor. His banking career spanned from Internal Audit, Corporate lending, Business turn around, Product Development, Financial Control and Financial management & Strategy.

Prior to his appointment as General Manager, Finance and Strategy of National Investment Bank Ltd, Emmanuel had held various Executive Management positions including Ag. Chief Finance Officer, First Atlantic Bank Ltd and General Manager, Internal Audit at erstwhile Heritage Bank Ltd.

He also serves as a Non-Executive Director on the Boards of Intravenous Infusion PLC and Accra market Ltd.

Emmanuel holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from the University of Cape Coast and is an MBA (Finance) graduate from the University of Leicester School of Business. He also holds certification in Strategy in Digital Disruption from INSEAD and is a PECB certified ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Implementer. He is a Chartered Accountant and a member of the Institute of Chartered accountants(Ghana).
