National Investment Bank Grabs Three Awards at 2023 CIMG Annual National Marketing Performance Awards

The National Investment Bank (NIB) has put up yet another sterling performance at the Launch of the Ghana Customer Satisfaction Index (GH-CSI) 2023 report and Recognition ceremony, organised by the Chartered Institute of Marketing Ghana. The Bank swept Three (3) awards in Customer Satisfaction for Consumer Banking, Service Quality for Business Banking and Customer Satisfaction for Business Banking.

The Awards, are testament to the bank’s unwavering commitment to providing quality service and meeting the expectation of customers in the Ghanaian financial industry.

The event held on Friday 27th September 2024 at the Coconut Grove Hotel in Accra, saw the attendance of financial industry leaders, marketing professionals, and business executives.

NIB’s outstanding performance were in three discrete categories with a score of 5 Star in Customer Satisfaction for Consumer Banking, 5 Star for Service Quality for Business Banking, and 5 Star for Customer Satisfaction for Business Banking.

The Managing Director of NIB, Mr. Tweneboa Kodua Fokuo, who could not hide his excitement dedicated the award to the hard work of staff and all stakeholders. He expressed his profound gratitude for the recognition, saying, this is “an inspiration, to go the extra mile to serve our customers and the general public beyond expectation and reaffirmed the bank’s commitment to delivering innovative and top-notch financial services to customers”.

The Award, he emphasised, further affirms NIB’s status as a leading financial player in Ghana. With its long-standing record of ensuring financial inclusion, the bank has funded businesses in the short, medium to long-term, while ensuring community engagement to fashion out sustainable innovative solutions to economic growth and development.
