A Week of Appreciation: NIB’s Customer Service Week 2023
National Investment Bank (NIB) marked the 2023 Customer Service Week with a remarkable display of appreciation and commitment to its valued customers. The week-long celebration, which took place from October 2nd to October 6th, was a testament to NIB’s unwavering dedication to providing exceptional customer service.
A Week of Appreciation and Recognition
The Customer Service Week is an annual event celebrated worldwide to acknowledge the importance of customer service excellence. For NIB, it presented an opportunity to express gratitude to its loyal customers while reaffirming its commitment to delivering top-notch financial services.
Throughout the week, NIB organized various activities in the branches to delight its customers. The bank’s branches across the country were adorned with colourful decorations, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for visitors. Staff members donned vibrant themed attire for each day of the celebration, adding to the festive ambiance and emphasizing the importance of customer-centric service.
Exceptional Customer Rewards and Offers
As part of the celebrations, NIB introduced the “Exceptional Customer Service Rewards.” This initiative aimed to provide free Mastercards to all customers within the period to appreciate them for their loyalty and trust over the years.
The bank in collaboration with other partners put together great deals on hotels, gym memberships, discounts on homes and dental care among others for the benefit of their customers.
The juicy deals which are still available to customer of NIB beyond the weeklong celebration include a 5% discount on properties by Myla Homes located in East Legon, Accra; up to 20% discount on accommodation, food and beverages at The Peninsula Resort, Akosombo and Accra City Hotel on the Barnes Road.
Other discounts include 20% off salon and spa services, 10% on rooms at the Peduase Valley Resort, Aburi; 10% discount on gym membership at the Pulse Fitness gym; free dental consultation and 5% on all dental services from the Platinum Orthodontics and Advanced Dentistry at Airport Hills as well as up to 6% off when you shop at Napev on the Giffard Road with your NIB MasterCard.
Customer Appreciation
Aside being treated to daily refreshments at NIB branches nationwide during the week, the highlight of the Customer Service Week was the special Customer Appreciation Day, held on October 5th. Customers who visited the Airport branch were treated to breakfast. The bank’s management and senior staff members at the headquarters switched roles during the week and visited different branches where they interacted directly with their customers as guest tillers, customer service desk and meet-and-greet staff among others.
In his interaction with customers and branch staff across some of the branches he visited in the Ashanti region, Mr. Samuel Sarpong, Managing Director of NIB, expressed his deep appreciation to the bank’s customers and emphasized the critical role customers play in NIB’s success and pledged the bank’s continued commitment to exceeding their expectations.
