NIB Sponsors Model Branch
The National Investment Bank Limited has sponsored a model branch at the Presbyterian Boys Secondary School, Lego during the school’s 70th Anniversary celebrations held recently.
The model branch was a replica set up of a banking branch complete with computers, signages, posters and banking vouchers for banking transactions.
The students were trained the art of opening bank accounts and advising customers amongst others.
The aim of this model branch was to give the students an sight into what the banking industry had on offer to future employees and help them to make a choice in their future career.
The Headmaster of the school, Mr. Africanus Anane, said the model branch was part of the school’s plans to produce industry focused human resource personnel to turn around the economy.
